1. Citizen Rights.
Free speech. Bearing Arms,
An civilian who can argue better than the president. Anything that threatens policy and business. And else.
2. Disobedience.
Someone who always bees the hero. Always has mindset of kiss my behind.
3. Fearless citizens.
Citizens who don't fear law,control,debt,even death.
4. Criminals.
Drug cartels,resisting citizens,group organizing,resistance.
5. Highly Educated Civilians.
Civilians smarter than the organization that control them.
6. Terrorists.
Groups capable of inflicting threat against irrational existence.
7. Cults.
Organized groups that plot against political groups and leaders.
8. Disobeying an order.
Not following orders of a higher rank.
9. Religion.
Having a belief your willing to die for.
10. Else
Rioting,Robbing,Ideas and anything else that threatens the groups and organizations that control and run the government.
